Site Visits - Complimentary Service :

We understand that you would like to visit the site, but we also know that it might be difficult if not impossible to do so. You may ask parents or relatives who are residents of Pune to visit the site on your behalf. We will happy to offer them complimentary pick-up and drop facility from any point in Pune to the site and back.

Travel & Transportation :

In the case of existing residents of our projects we arrange to pick you up from Mumbai International Airport or Pune Airport and drop you to your home in any of our projects. For potential buyers city travel or stay can also be arranged during your stay in India. A well-trained driver with a car of your choice will be available at your disposal. Also, to make it convenient we can arrange a special pick up and drop service - to the site and back to home. You will have to pay a nominal charge in advance, however if you book an apartment with us, the amount will be refunded.

Housekeeping :

We can arrange to clean your home before your arrival so that you are welcomed in a clean and hygienic home setting. Also, we will check all your digital security systems, electrical systems and plumbing services and make sure that they are running to the desired levels upon your arrival. No hassles of cleaning or dusting when you walk in tired !

Property Maintenance :

We will conduct periodic maintenance of your home along with system checks, alarm intrusion checks. A complete digital diagnostic check will be run so that your home stays in proper shape. This will ensure greater value to your investment incase you want to rent or sell your property in the future.

Payment of Bills :

We will ensure timely payment of all bills, taxes and other out-goings from your home on a regular basis to save on the hassles and problems in case you and your family are out of town for extended periods. This is ensure all external services are in place. Also, this service can be extended to your parents who find it difficult to go at various places to pay for the services.

Rentals :

We will assist you in identifying suitable families / persons who would like to rent out your property and assist you in the lease rent documentation. These value added services are available to all NRI and NRP members of Aswani Developers at nominal charges.
